i run a cart , and am this year the only hired hand. any suggestions on how to impress my boss?

edit: work days usually (weather permitting) run upwards of 6-8hrs every day for a little more than a month

Those instructions don't apply to a wife, only to an employee. He has to worry about not getting paid - you have to worry about not getting anything. ;)

That sounds about right.

Actually operating the cart is not very difficult, but driving in circles at 4 miles per hour for 8 hours at a time is harder than you'd think.
