I wonder why game publishers do not use AA for their gameshots?

I was looking to purchase a new game and while looking at the backs to many titles it occured to me that publishers should use screenshots from V5 or the grforce to show how the screens would look. Sure its kinda shady but I imagine it would help them sell more games. They confuse the public anyway by showing shots of in game movies and make them look to be the actual game itself; why not use the AA to marketing advantage?
