Sesame oil is awesome, especially 'roasted sesame oil'! Don't know what the saturated fat is tho, possibly 1/3 to 1/2 of the total fat grams, 3 grams total per teaspoon, from a quick google.
Add a little bit of grand marnier and it will be awesome! It works great to blanch the broccoli type veggies (the hard non-spinach ones) in boiling water for a couple minutes, then throw the veggies in a sause pan into a sesame oil/grand mar. mix, and voila, awesome, tasty, and healthy (enough

AVOID "partially hydrogenated oils" as much as possible but regular pressed sesame oil is cool.
