I won tickets to a concert, but the radio stationed denied me the tickets.

Ok there was this contest right where you send in a picture and if you win, you get concert tickets to see Janet Jackson. So I didn't check my e-mail until today and I get the e-mail saying I won to call them. So I called them and say "hey I'm calling about the picture contest." The DJ say's, "oh yeah thats done already bro." I was like "oh yeah I'm the one who won the tickets." And he said "Oh, I dunno bro HAHAHAHAHAHHA" and hung up on me. I mean the radio stations they treat their listeners like crap. If it wasnt for us where would they be? Don't they need us in the first place?

Ok, the pics I sent in wasnt of myself, but I won anyway. Also the picture of the female who won was a picture of a little baby. So I don't think that it's fair that the other person got the tickets, cuz I'm sure that that little baby isnt going to the concert. So, I still think I should win the tickets fair and square.

No, you can go up to the station and ask for something else though. If you get a confirmation email, you should expect to get the tickets. Still go out and complain.

No, most contest have deadlines where the winner must reply of a replacement will be picked. Obviously that time has passed and they picked a new winner
