I won an Ipod shuffle

I received a pakage from my bank (citibank) today. Inside was an Ipod shuffle 512MB. I read the attached note that stated that back in june they ran a contest where if the debit card holder used the card as credit card 5 times that month, they were eligible for the grand prize.

The product itself is meh and I had to install Itunes. On the plus side... it is free plus and I was about to replace my 64MB thumb drive with a 512 one. So w00t.

I can live with that. What is like $9.00?

No. No forms had to be filled. And I read the terms and coditions twice before I opend the box 🙂

Shuffles are ugly pieces of sh!t. I woulda sold it...but hey, congrats 🙂

Its funny, the first thought that crossed my mind was to sell it. But the effort required to put it on ebay, collecting money and shipping it suppressed that thought. Plus I was looking for a 512MB thumb drive. I will eventully give it to my kid, once I'm done playing with it 🙂

I'm surprised your bank followed through on their offer.

Erm...u might be thinking of somethign else, but this isn't the offer you see whre you open a checking account and after 6 mo. they would give you this shuffle.

He won it in a contest where you had to use your debit card 5 times in one month and you 'd be entered into a drawing.
