no, there's no cuts or abrasions that I can see. I was thinking I bit it at first, or a spider bite, but I can't see anything like that. It's huge though.

My guess is bacterial infection. You should see a doctor, ASAP.

An allergic reaction probably would not result in just a swollen lip.

I had that happen once woke up and my lip was like 3 times its normal size. A couple hours later it was almost back to normal. It never hurt, just got better on its own.
