I wish there was a easy way to keep all Windows Software you install up to date

I used Secunia in the past and I liked it a lot. Sumo is another but it came with Relevant Knowledge adware in the distant past. Supposedly the lite and portable versions are clean. Here is their link. http://www.kcsoftwares.com/?sumo
