Yea, it is pretty neat, but you really have to wonder, someone like that cant have a life, is it really worth it? My geek side says yes, but I mean, wouldnt you be just a little embarassed showing that to your dinner guest..."And in the basement we have my err, computer.."

Embarassed?
No, I'd feel pride.

<< Nice mouse. >>

It's a trackball which means he probably isn't a hard core gamer, just a hard core nerd. hehe

If I was him I would have that huge refridgerator in a different room and the input/output components in another. This way it probably wouldn't be as noisy and he could also setup his audio system better -- Unless of course that's an apartment and his room is about 75% computer.

He needs a table or desk to work on, I can see his papers and calculator on the floor which is probably where he has to work.

Anyways, that's quite the intimidating computer to be carrying to LAN parties.

Now that's a Hooptie!

Carver sound system with the Yamaha EQ and Cerwin Vega speakers. This guy LOVES music.

Looks like a kickass stereo system to me!

Obviously this is a music setup and I LIKE IT!

That's a 21" Dell Trinitron. Not the best, but not bad at all.

I guess the fact that it is in between 8 feet tall rackmounts serves to decise the eyes...I honestly thought it was a 15 inch and that the guy was an idiot for having it paired with such expensive equipment...

our mistake...😀

EDIT: Now that I think about it....That guy is truly mad.....:Q

I was checking out some sites I found from the links and I was astounded to find this server. My gosh!!! Just think of the IRQ conflicts!!?!!! :Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q

can someone say... overkill?

I would never pay as much as he has paid for a system that will be obsolete in <3 years.

But to each his own
