I WISH I had my camera last night.... I was speechless.

Went to downtown Sarasota with some friends last night to grab a few drinks at a local bar. As we were walking from the parking lot to the bar, there was a veritable orgy of insane imports parked along the valet stand for a new high end steakhouse that just moved into town.

Oh how I wish I had my camera 🙁

In the order they were parked;

Lamborghini Murciélago (Black)
Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder (Black)
Bentley GT (Silver)
Lamborghini Gallardo (Bright Orange)
Ferrari F430 (Ferrari Red)

That was just one side of the street (directly in front of the restaurant). On the other side were two nice Lexus's, a Masarati (not 100% sure what model) and a 7-series BMW.

God forbid someone got into an accident driving down that street. The insurance company for the driver would be just a little miffed 🙂

I didn't know there was so much money in Sarasota, I just thought it was full of old people. 😀

I had the pleasure of running into a Ferrari 360 a few months back on my way to work. Even got him to play a little. One of the most erection inducing exhaust notes I've ever heard, I can still hear it in my head.

I even got a  from him cuz' he didn't walk me...much. 😛

The iPhone camera doesn't do well in the dark. It wasn't even worth trying unfortunately.

i have a similar experience but NOTHING CLOSE to you.

downtown chicago at 3am, ford GT500, porchse 911 turbo, 2 lambo's all crusing around the streets. at first i thought it was just a bunch of ricers cause of the noise and then WOW...

I work next door to HRE Wheels and a few months ago there was a Maserati MC12, a Porsche Carrera GT, a Lamborghini Gallardo and a Ferrari F430 out there. The guy who owns the Carrera GT was doing donuts in the back lot and giving rides to the guys who work at HRE. I walked out there with a few co-workers and hung out for a while.

Nice. I see a good amount of exotics here in Phoenix. I had 2 Gallardos racing on the SR51 a few weeks ago. I was going ~65. They were probably going ~140.

P.S.
JulesMaximus, Hilarious Iron Eagle reference :music::laugh: Chapppppyyyyy

sounds like a typical saturday night on Sunset Blvd 😉

Ummm it doesn't matter, you can't rail again vehicles that get bad mpg yet turn a blind eye and be a hypocrite towards another, and I was joking

Nice!

Anyone in the DFW area *must* visit the RUF Auto Centre down the street from my work. At any given time, there are a few dozen $100k-$1m exotics/supercars on the premises. They specialize in Porsches (recently had 3 Carrera GTs in at once lol), but also are a buy/sell hub for exotics locally. Murcialagos, Gallardos, Astons, Maseratis, Ferraris (saw a 288GTO!! rare!), and so on.

Best part is driving past the front and seeing at least 10 911's with RUF upgrades (600-800hp is typical).

Oh yeah, the CTR3 is *NUTS*.

There are only 50 Maserati MC12s on the entire planet. The amount of fuel that all 50 of those cars will use over their lifetimes is fricken' miniscule, almost to the point of not even being measureable, when compared to all the soccer Moms driving around in their SUVs.

Your point is moot.

Not to mention, I rather doubt many of those will be driven past 10k miles. Their extreme collectible value makes them a significant investment, will probably be spectacularly valuable as some of them are lost in accidents.
