Today was my little cousins b-day and I ate like an absolute pig.

I had at least 1/2 a big bag of chips, like 8 cookies, 3 cupcakes and 3 hotdogs. I feel so sick right now and really depressed that I ate like that. I'm sure I that's easily 2-3000 calories.

I just wish I could throw it up, but no matter how hard I try I can't get more then a dry heave.
so what? you had one bad day. you won't gain 15 lbs back. do better tomorrow. :)

Maybe I misread it, but I thought you were just wanting to throw up because you felt ill from overeating, in which case I sympathize. I didn't take this as some bulemic/weight thing - should I have?

Everyone has a cheat day every once in a while. It might be a good idea for you to have a day or two every month where you eat whatever you want. If it keeps you from falling off the wagon, then I say go for it!

One pig out won't do anything, it's only sustained bad eating over several weeks that'll make you start to gain weight.

I only wanted to puke because I felt sick to my stomach.

Anyway, I just finished an intense game of hockey so I'm feeling a lot better now. I'm just feeling bad because I slipped up. I'll just get back up and make the best of the rest of the week.

One time won't do anything.
Stop worrying and just don't make it a habit, as someone said earlier.
