I wish Destiny was coming on PC

I don't. It looks like more of the same boring shoveware that usually populate console game stands... I don't care if it does come to the PC, if people want to buy it, all the power to them, but I certainly won't be buying it.
 
I have a PS4 but not really interested in this title. I don't see anything that looks remotely interesting about it, the landscapes also look rather bland and boring.
 
I wish bungie would go back to making strategy games, do they really need to keep pumping out sci fi fpses?
 
Destiny to me is the worst thing that Bungie could have done coming out of MS's/Halo's shadow.

Why pay a Billion dollars to separate from MS, to then spend a quarter of a billion developing a game and have it be a Halo psuedo-MMO that's not called halo. They took a big chance seperating themselves from MS. So why create a clone of a game that they could have made as part of MS and had a stable franchise to build off of. I hope the best for them but I am not interested.
 
It will probably end up on PC eventually. At least thats what it seems like when read between the lines with the developer quotes. Just didn't want to take on another platform during their initial release. They are developing on 3 new (to them) platforms for this release.
 
I'm not sure why everyone is so hyped about this game. It's a halo of type mmo I guess? Suppose to be bigger than elder scrolls I hear. I don't know, to me it does not look so interesting.

It seems like it could have a lot of potential but for a PVP MMO fan such as myself I've yet to hear anything that would really make me want to get it.

So far it seems the game revolves around co-op PVE, which would make it not worth buying for me.

I get the feeling any PVP will be instanced lobby shooter stuff which in that case theres no reason to get this game over the already plethora of lobby shooters in existence.

If it had open world objective based PVP then I'd be very interested.

Strategy games aren't as popular on consoles, that's probably why Bungie stopped making them. And there are a lot more good strategy games on PC than there are good Halo-style FPS's on PC.

I don't really agree with you, but really when I said I wanted them to make more strategy games I meant games like Myth, not anything they did on consoles.

/for me Personally, I have enough FPS'ers to hold me over for the next 5 years. What I really want is another Dragon AGE: Origins or Baldurs Gate.
 
I personally cannot wait to play Destiny, but I am a huge fan of Bungie going all the way back to Marathon which for those of you who don't know was the first FPS to give you mouse aim.

I'm just a fan of their work and have not been truly disappointed by any of their games over the years. I even followed the obscure and almost canned games like Oni.

I guess if you don't care about it that's ok, nobody is going to like everything but I think what they are trying to do with Destiny is going to be really special. That's just my feeling. I think I would like to play this on PC but I didn't at all mind Halo on the Xbox platform so this would feel fine on a PS4. I also think a lot of what the critics and such got to play is hand picked to not give away too much of the formula they are working on. I mean they are probably saving a lot of the better things they are trying for a much later reveal.

So then my question would be why are you posting in a thread titled "I wish Destiny was coming on PC" I mean what you wrote is completely off-topic and besides we all know Dragon Age Inquisition is on the way.

Agreed. What they've shown already is enough for me to hope for a PC release at some point.

How is it off toping? This is a thread about wishing Destiny would come to PC. He said he did not wish that and wanted something else instead. That's precisely on-topic...
