So if two items were ending fairly close to one another, if you lose one, snipe on the other...

They don't have this feature, do they?

Add it yourself. Just don't turn it into Skynet.

If (PS3 > $5000) then enslave_humanity (FOREVER, BEATINGS, KITTENS);

There is no such thing as sniping an auction with eGhey's max bid, now.

No, not to my knowledge. You must bite the bullet and attempt to bid on both in hopes of winning one.

I often find myself wishing things other than programming had
1) IF ELSE functions
2) FOR functions
3) Comments

It would make many things easier.

I've complained about the lack of scheduled tasks / cron jobs in RL earlier. I've been told by the Developer it'll be implemented in the next version.

I like anonymous classes - I feel like I'm creating my own little golem to handle tasks, a creature that's only partly alive, partly inanimate, which disintegrates into nothingness once its assignment is complete.

Oh yeah, automatic garbage collection would be a great help, too.

i am using the trial of bidnapper. with that you can put a max bid of X then make Y conditional on winning X.

Whew... we had a near miss a couple of hours ago.

Winning bidder: kurtangle8942( 0 )
yeah, i'm sure he's gonna sell it to him. i bet this auction is back up very shortly

The bid history shows the last 5-6 bidders had 0 feedback or were brand new.
