What is the best course of action for a company that specializes in talent?

The talent is very well paid but there is no real manufacturing.

incorporated? The point being a lot of money will be changing hands and I would like to separate personal assets from business and much as legally possible.

Get a business lawyer and incorporate in your state. Should cost you around the $500 range. You're going to want to seperate the liability.

Sometimes you can do everything right and still get everything wrong. Might I suggest finding love at a women's correctional institution? You don't have to worry about her popping in and she's a cheap date.
