I already did. They were really nice. They asked me my name (since it wasn't on record apparently), my phone number, mother's maiden name, social security number, address, credit card numbers for verification purposes only, and other bank account numbers I may or may not have. They said they would send me a voucher for a free flight on Delta in 8-10 weeks for helping them update their records. I take it back....maybe Citibank isn't so bad afterall.
