I live in Jefferson County in NY so we live fairly close to each other. Never the less, I never did get to meet him and learn his Pizza ways. :(

Well, glad to hear its not health related. Too bad though. Maybe we can get him to come back if we chip in and buy him a pizza oven or something. I'm sure Kaido has a really good one he'd let us buy for cheap

:( I like Dr. Pizza, and his goats and apples posts, as well as other posting and moderating contributions. I didn't notice he was gone, as it's not uncommon for people to take a break from the site. It hasn't felt like months since I saw him post, but I guess it has. Time flies.

Wonder if it was forum politics... you'd think internet forums would be run fairly casually, but they can be srs bidness. Or maybe the other Dr. Pizza got fed up, threatened our Pizza if he didn't change his username, and that forced him into the moderator protection program...

Oh well, whatever the reason I hope he's enjoying life there, in a better place (western New York :p).

He's the big eye in the corner. Silent, but always watching. Watching.

I hate to say it but just like FB replaced instant messengers like msn, icq, aol and more, it also is slowly replacing online forums off all kinds, activity just since I joined AT has gone down tenfold. Many threads remain unanswered and few are getting slow responses at best. Iremember when I was chattin' via msn and the forum posts increased at faster rate than instant messages. Those times are gone forever.
Forums used to be active and crowded, now they are fairly empty places.

How about a forlorn pome?
Will you settle for a limerick?
These onces was a man from Forlorn
Who realized he was watching too much porn
He thought he would die when he got it in his eye
And he looked up to see that wrath of all of Dorne

There are tons of very active online communities. Moderation destroyed this one. DrPizza was one of the few good ones here though. Poor guy tried to keep me from being banned for posts just like this. "We have firm rules, no moderator call outs" blah blah blah.

More mod callouts from you.
Looks like you did this one on purpose. So you want a vacation, you've got it.
If you don't want to post here, just don't.
