I will be installing win xp how do I delete all my partitions before installing win xp?

I did buy a new floppy but know I figured out its my floppy cable or controller, so in partiton magic I can delete all my partitons?

You don't need anything. Just boot from the XP CD and it'll give you options to delete/create partitions, and format them.

Use NTFS unless you're dual-booting with 9x/ME.

No reason to boot with Win 9x/Me though with XP

If you want to do it the complicated way, go to a computer with Win98 and make a bootable CD and put on fdisk
