It is now, I'm fairly certain. Ever since the AF/Navy/Army/MC Times did that story about human trafficking in Korea (2002), they've been cracking down on the sin spots around the military bases, at least based on what I've read in the Stars & Stripes and in talking to people stationed there lately.

Puritans in the military -- wonderful.

The hot women are near the Universities and such (places where very few military go btw which is a good thing... i dunno why half half the guys i was stationed with think the local "drinkie" girls where hot) Near the Universities there are hella clubs + places to hang out..

If ur asian... u can fake being Korean and go around ChongYangNi area... lotta hot as hell hookahs where americans are not wanted...

If u have time.. can check out cool gadjets @ Yongsang Electronic Market... about 10 stories of straight up tech stuff...
