Sublime didn't write the song; they're not even the first to do a remake of it. Bob Marley did a remake of it, but the original song is by a band called The Toyes.

The first time I heard the song on the radio, I thought it had to be a parody, but quickly realized that it wasn't. That song cracks me up, and no, I've never touched the stuff. 😛
