I went to dragon con this year, am I a loser?

first year that I went to dragon con. Have some good friends that go and i finally went along with my best friend. i did dress up, since i've heard it's boring unless you do.

i had a lot of fun, we had a great group dressed up and on sunday had so many pictures taken we could hardly move. A lot of the costumes i didn't understand b/c they were anime but it was neat. went to a raves and usually was out till 4 or 5 Am.

my only exposure to any of this stuff prior was that i play video games ('normal' games) and like the superhero movies, and that's about it.
Am I a loser now? did anyone else here go?

The people at the annual Greek Festival here (legit lamb gyro > *) dresses in the emo steampunk getups were losers.
