Nice, I love using the erg. It's a great all around workout. Though I have no idea what those numbers were...

Thats cold blooded.

It's also the truth. I weigh only 110lbs and don't notice it when I gain or lose 2.3lbs, so why should he?

110lb?..AHAHHA:laugh: We are very different people.

1. the human body has limits. The greater the mass, the more you feel it.

2. once again, I lost ten punds or so. Last time I weighed in a few months ago I was 250ish..I say 10lbs to be realistic.

3. I gained msucle and still lost weight😀

My job is tough as hell and that plus jogging with my dog or going to the gym everyday is really paying off😀

Hell, this was tonights workout:

erg:

15 med
5 3/4
3 full
7 3/4 and full for the last ~2-3min...kept it at 1:3~ for the last minute😀 (I got to use the good erg thsi time😉

weightlifting:

leg press, calve push thingy, biceps, abs, dips😀, dip+ pulling legs up to make a 45 degree angle with my body, pullups, bench press, the butterfly thingy, the one that , makes you look liek a chicken flapping its wings, obliques ( I call it the laffy taffy maker:laugh: ) and a bunch of other crap that I don't know the names of😛

THEN....

I think it was about 7min FULL OUT on the erg 😀

Kept it below 2:00, rested for 1 minute at around 2:20, and then for the last two, I blasted my music, closed my eyes, and kept it in the 1:40s with a final of 1:32ish. 😀

THEN...

like 4-8 laps alternating between sprinting and jogging after each pair of turns around a track...

<----feels AWESOME right now...not tired at all

*realizes that death is immenent:laugh:*
