I watched Slither with some friends yesterday

I have a friend who is a film nut, and he kind of dragged us to go watch the movie. Although the movie is comically gory, I thought it was funny and a decent spoof on other "B" movies. I recommend it. I don't usually like those types of movies either. I like action dramas, epics, quirky comedies, and romantic comedies. I almost never watch horrors, and only occassionally watch thrillers, but this movie was disturbingly funny.

Plus the secretary from the American version of the Office is in it. The nympho from the 40 Year Old Virgin is in it. Nathan Fillion from Firefly and Serenity is in it as well. Plus, there are a lot, an abundant amount of cute girls in the movie for all you ATOTers. 😉 😛

One suggestion, let the credits run to the very end, there is some added stuff at the end of the credits that most people missed. Nothing super special, but my friend also like to look through the credits.
 
I'll probably see it because I love 80's style schlock flicks. I was dissapointed when I read one critic describe it as "no Humanoids from the Deep" however.
 
I normally don't watch movies like this...but for Nathan Fillion...maybe....when...it..comes..out..on...dvd. I'd be ok with the gore/scary factor of this movie but the added zombie factor is just not cool with me.
