The guy who plays the main baddie in those movies also played the stoner engineer with the cool probes in Prometheus.

I watched Home Alone 1 and 2 and realized that its actually an Unbreakable style super villian origin movie cause as the robber guys learn that they are actually immortal and impervious to physical damage no matter how bad it hurts.

I guess it has been that long since I've watched it/paid that much attention to the little bits in that movie.

uh, wasn't that the point of the scene? He's pretending at being adult fancy, with manners, while no one is there to make him do it, but he's still a kid so of course he's going to be eating Kraft Dinner, anyway.

I think they make a point of him using a knife and fork to eat mac and cheese.

Hahaha never even considered that. And I think that's a spoon not a fork. He also never got a chance to even start eating it before the clock went off. It was probably cold by the time he dealt with the robbers!

In the beginning of the movie there is a scene where the phone company says the phones will be out a few days which is why they can't call him. But then he calls the cops and tells them to meet him at the neighbors. Possible the phones just started working though.

In the beginning of the movie there is a scene where the phone company says the phones will be out a few days which is why they can't call him. But then he calls the cops and tells them to meet him at the neighbors. Possible the phones just started working though.

Yeah I saw an article that discussed the logical problems with the movie and someone pointed out its possible he was able to make and receive local calls while they were doing work in the neighborhood, but not long distance calls, because of how the phone system worked in 1990. Thats why his mom couldn't get ahold of him when she was traveling.
