Rick Roll in a restaurant might pertain to someone requesting a song but getting Astley instead.. I would classify that as a Rick Roll. This.. not quite, but a good try.

ed zachery.

picking frank sinatra on the jukebox and getting rick astley = rick roll

hacking the town cable channel, when people are actually watching, and giving them rick astley =

What about setting up an FM transmitter with a mile or two radius and playing it on a popular frequency during the morning show?

Hm... /me is off to look up transmitter costs

you would need A LOT of power. tens of thousands of watts for even a low power station. and you'd need an 750 MHz NTSC modulator.
