I was dumb.... MCE small problem

I was trying to shortcut MCE, so I copied target and I accidently pasted the target and look in to be both C:\WINDOWS\ehome... can someone help me with what Target is suppose to be and what Look in is suppose to be?

Also, how do you short cut Media Center?
