On Atkins, if you stick with zero carb stuff, probably not... but the bars have 2 carbs each. It's not a lot but if you eat enough of them they add up 🙂
 
Turkey bacon, because I always prefered the taste.

I mostly only eat poultry. That might change under Atkins, as I can see myself getting tired of chicken and turkey if I eat it every night, but so far it's still my preference.
 
I never really cooked eggs before Atkins. I prefer over easy but I suck and the yokes break when I try, so I have just been going with scrambled plus mozzarella cheese. I hate hard boiled. My Dad was telling me I could make egg-drop soup, that might be worth trying.
