Granted, I was not listening too closely but I did not hear about the offer until it was apparently too late. Is there anyway I would be able to take still get a discount?

gonna have to wait for the next discount. I would think it will be back down in price after it comes out for a while ...

maybe ebay you can get close to the discount price? I dunno. I should have bought a few and sold em for + $10 to the unfortunate like you lol

Thanks, Oh well. I did have something from Microsoft but by the time I had gotten around to checking it and following the link, the price was $119 for Home Premium.

"Looking for information about the Windows 7 Pre-Order Offer? The reduced-price offer has ended. But you can still be one of the first to get Windows 7. Just pre-order it from the Microsoft Store."

The Public Beta and Public RC program are definitely not eligible for free copies. As far as I can tell, MS has cut way back on free copies, even for the closed, private, Beta programs.

There's a strong indication that there will be a "W7 Family Pack" offer, with three copies of W7 Home Premium for $150 or less. Maybe that will help.

Thanks... 3 for $150 would be perfect.
