I was a badass in my dreams last night!

I was having a shootout or something like that (me vs. a billion) in some house I've never been in, and after I got rid of all of the bad guys, my GF gave me a treat 😎

Best dream ever.

It could happen one day! I need 10 black handguns though... and a bunch of spanish speaking foes!

How wonderful sleeping would be if we could control our own dreams! I can see some people choosing to just sleep in their fantasy world all the time, waking up for food and then going back to sleep..

It would be like a neverending computer game....with no rating 😉

I saw something on tv that was like sunglasses, but with lights facing your eyes. The theory was, when it detected that your eyes were in REM, it would flash some light on your eyes. You would then "wake up" but you would still be dreaming, so you could control your dreams. cool stuff.

Basically it just facilitates what we call "lucid dreaming" which is when you become *aware* of your dream and figure out how to manipulate events within.

Some people already have this capability; I'm sure once or twice you've realized "Hey, I'm dreaming" and may or may not have changed the outcome of your dream.

These goggles monitor your sleeping pattern and flash a light through your eyelids when you're in REM, signaling to you that you're dreaming. they're generally very expensive though, but if you feel that the capbaility to control your dreams is worth the price, they have been shown to work.
