I want to work in a control room

It would be awesome to work in a control room for a nuclear power plant or a rapid transit train system or something like that...

how do you think I would get a job like that? What kinds of things ought I to study in college?

I've always thought it would be cool to work in the security room for a large building. NERVE CENTRAL FTW!

or like the office in Jurrasic Park 1.. OMG that would be a cool job.


but I mean as far as studies: are there classes I should take about control theory or making decisions under pressure or chaos theory or something?
