I want to water cool my graphics card

I wanted to water cool my graphics card because it is so damn loud. What exactly would I need to do that. Also at some point I may expand it to cool my CPU as well. So can someone help me?
 
if you never played with water, save yourself the migration. Get a better air sink.

if your in it for just the fun factor.

Then i would go for it, however if your just looking for a quieter solution and want to shave off some heat but not substainitally, dont bother.
