Here is the goal:
I am having a party with a Vegas theme and will have some casino game tables setup around my house. In my living room I would like to have some Vegas-style imagry playing on the TV. Is it possible to take clips from vegas/casino movies (Snake Eyes, 3000 Miles to Graceland, Casino, Ocean's Eleven, etc.) and compile them to a custom DVD that will just play through all the clips I select?
If there is a way to get it to play through the clips/chapters on the DVD randomly, that might be cool too.
So, what is the process, step-by-step, that I would need to do to accomplish this? Also, would it be easier to DL the movies from P2P network so that I don't have to rip them myself? What application would you use to cut clips from the movies after they are ripped/downloaded? What application would you use to master the DVD and create the final product?
