I want to stream music to my stereo, any recommendations?

I am tired of always changing CD's, so I was thinking about getting an ipod where I could have all of my music loaded and connect it to my home stereo. But I was wondering if there is a device that I can hook up to my stereo that can grab the music from my PC over the network.

My stereo and PC are in different ends of the house. I do have a wireless network, and my router with 4 port switch is located only feet from my stereo, so no problem hooking up there. I just have no clue what I could use to move the music over. Someone suggested I could have an Ipod with all of my music loaded on it and just connect it up to my stereo, which is a thought. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys. I was thinking there would be an easy, inexpensive device available. The two products look cool, but are not cheap at $150. For that, I could have an ipod which I could not only use to play all of my music on my home stereo but take it out with me.
