This sucks. Its everyday now.

Its gettin' real old, real quick. Anything can set me off. A song, movie, tv show, weather, stiff breeze, etc.

Sometimes when I get into an argument/emotional discussion over something I'm passionate about, or care about, my eyes water. It doesn't even count as crying, more like just plain watering, almost as if I had some weird allergy.

It's depression. Get help, whether it be a shoulder of a friend, support group, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

Depression is really, really, REALLY hard to get out of on your own. It can be done -- do things to get your mind off your troubles, such as working out, finding a new hobby, etc., but digging yourself out of your hole solo requires the willpower of a saint.

I would recommend that you stay the hell away from alcohol. Try to avoid getting on drugs (beneficial or otherwise) as much as you can. If you are suicidal, get help immediately. Talk to your friends and family as much as they can stand. If you have no one else to talk to, PM me.

I'm not sure about you, but at my work this offer this service for people going through hard times, its kind of like a counseling service to help people through depressing and hard times.

If I were to hit some hard times like yourself I'd give it a shot.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

Talk to a doctor/psychologist if you can.
It sounds like serious depression, and contrary to many people's belief, it *is* a medical condition.

Good luck my friend.

I'm right there with you Spidey - my Dad passed away last month. The four or five weeks since then has been one of the hardest times of my life. I don't think it's supposed to be easy, you just have to keep getting a little better every day.
