i currently have 2 80mm in front, one 80 mm on side, and 2 80 mm in the back

GPU fan, CPU fan, and 2 PSU fans on the power supply.

its very loud, i need to quiet it down, but dont want to lose TO much cooling power.

suggestions?

I've got pretty much the same case (older chieftec). You probably only need one of the front fans (the one blowing across your hard drive), and it can be running at a really low speed - the drive doesn't need much air blowing on it. Also, you can lower the voltage on the rear fans to see how much it will affect temperatures. Pick a setting that isn't too noisy and where you don't feel that your precious parts are overheating. (You'll probably want a fan controller for this, the Sunbeam Rheobus is probably the best you'll find.) If you still think it's noisy, then try listening to each of the fans while the system is under load to determine which one is the noisiest. (Hint: it'll probably be either your video card or the power supply). Replace whatever's the noisiest with something quieter. Basically, anything approved by silentpcreview.com is good. If it's STILL not quiet enough, then you should probably join the SPCR forums, since they'll be able to help much better than I can.

First, Yate Loon 120mm fans. Very quiet and cheap. You can use YL 80mm but cut a bigger hole if you can, or just get a LL PC-7B +2 IMO.

Cut out the back for a 120 fan or use a fan adapter outside the case like this: Outside the box

Cut out any restrictive fan grills.

Then try Delta, low speed, triblade fans for any remaining 80mm fans.

I DONT FEEL LIKE BUILDING UP A FAN SPEED REGULATOR whoa, caps.

and i dont feel like cuttin anything.

i think ill just look at the cheap delta's, or maybe build a fan speed regulator, as thats more fun, i guess
