I did it, and I'll never go back. I have my wife do it with a 1/8" guard. It's free, and makes me look alot younger since I have a receding hairline. Also, it's nice to be able to drive to work with the windows down without worrying about messing my hair up.

I say do it. Almost three years ago, I went out dirnking with friends. when I awoke the next morning, my hair was buzzed off. I've kept that haircut ever since. I love it. I dont have ot do anything to it in the morning and it keeps me a bit cooler.

Post a recent picture. I think I saw one of you before and I don't think it'd work for ya. But I have been wrong before.

I shave my head all the time now ... I did it originally because it was longish (5 inches or so), and was too hot. Never went back. Although to be honest, I don't have the option of going back now unless I want some form of comb-over :p

Very comfortable in the summer, no messing up the hair with hats, cheap, can cut it anytime ... the benefits are worth it for me.

I shaved my head for over a year, easy maintenance and never have to worry about it getting messed up. I'm starting to grow it back now because I got tired of the no hair look, but will probably shave it again if it gets real hot.

I go with the bic look (save about once, sometimes twice a week).

It's nice to not worry about it. Forgo shampoo, but get some facial cleanser stuff for the shower (even short, I would think).

Not skin bald, but shaved off. So much less maintenance.
Everyone says I shouldn't though. What does ATOT think?

My head

you look like a gayer version of me.

Did you just say I look like a gayer version...
Perhaps this will even things out.

I say shave it. Your hair is short, so it will grow back to that in a month anyway.

I tried it once, and I looked like Uncle Fester from the Adams Family. :D

But yeah, give it a shot, it'll grow back quicker than you think anyway. I actually like having mine done with a number 1 for the spring and summer, although I think I might keep mine longer this year since my scalp can burn so easily.

I've been shaving with a #2 guard for over a decade. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Do it! it's so easy to maintain. No mousse or gel in the morning. just pat it dry after the shower and you're good to go.
