Hi guys
I want to rig a system.
Do these components match each other ?
I'm not going for overclocking and i want a PC for recording video from my digital camera, photo editing and gaming :sneaky:

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500 / 2400
M.B : Gigabyte GA-P61-USB3-B3
VGA: Gigabyte GV-R685OC-1GD
RAM: Kingstone 2*4GB
H.D.D : WD Green 1T 64M Buffer
Monitor: Samsung BX2080 Plus
Power: Green 680W
DVD Writer: Pioneer DVR-A18M

You don't need a 680W PSU for a 6850, and "Green 680W" isn't much of a description. "Green" doesn't mean quality... what's the brand name?

I'm not Arab I'm Persian. in that link you can find specifications in English.
yes here i can buy Corsair and others but there is a Q about HDD and M.B. !
I heard that WesternDigital Green 1T HDD has low speed (Only 1T products of WD) and also I heard that Gigabyte M.Bs have problem with Intel CPUs !!!
Is that right ? and which barnd do you recommend for HDD and M.B ?

LOL! If you're using s mechanical hard drive for a system disc I'd recommend A Samsung F3 or a Caviar Black. Most of the major board manufacturers are working a few kinks out of their Z68 line, and most of them are fine: read some reviews.

I recommend an i7 2600 since you mentioned you'll be photo editing. You will get much faster performance with an i7 2600 in photo editing because of the hyperthreading but only a few percent faster in gaming than an i5 2500 since nearly all games don't use more than 4 threads.

Also for the motherboard, I recommend an Intel DP67BG since you won't be overclocking. I have one and it's a great board.
