I want to put my cpu 1.0 to 1.33 the way it should be!!!!!!!!!!!

how do i get my cpu too read the 1.33/mhz like it should be,,i bought a 1.33,,,not a 1.0,,,in my bios it shows this


cpu Vcore..Default
1.550
everything between
1.850


CPU clock ratio...Default
1.550
everything in between
1.850


clock by slight adjustment.......default
min. 100
max.132

now how do i set this so it shows me 1.33mhz?

yes i looked , it has no newer bios then that it came with. alsoiot does support my thunderbird 1.33,,,,anyone got any answers?

Any way to set your FSB to 133? I think your problem is that the chip is running at 10 x 100 and it needs to be 10 x 133.

You'll probably have to change the FSB/RAM ratio to be able to select 133. Looks like you're on 100/100 and it lets you "overclock" up to 132. Change the ratio and you can select 133 then you can overclock higher if you wish.

I could be more specific if you'd tell me if you're using an Award(grey background usually) or a Phoenix(blue background) BIOS.

If you are talking about that MSI K7T Turbo2 board in your sig, you have to set the jumper(I believe it's j17) on your MOBO for it to run at 133fsb.

it's about time you got that cpu straighten out. I was starting to wonder about you :)
