What do u think:

E4300

Already bought a P5b vanilla, but if it gives me trouble i will go with the DS3

Corsair XMS2 PC6400 1gbx2

Either OCZ 600GXSSLI GameXStream 600 Watt from zzf or Antec Power Trio 550W from frys..they come out to the same price..which do i get? I am assuming the OCZ..

Heatsink...not sure yet..i am a previous owner of the big typhoon..I might go with that again or just get the Zalman 9500..I want this cpu cooler to be quiet..

Help me decide what case..for the same amount of $$ I can go with either antec p180 from frys or the antec nine hundred from comp usa..I am assuming they are equal in cooling capabilities and the p180 is a quieter?

Can get the Foxconn 8800gtx for $507 or should I avoid foxconn and get an EVGA 8800gts for $370...I am an owner of 20inch lcd viewsonic..I want to be able to game at 1680x1050 near max settings in future upcomming games such as crysis.

I hope the p5b has decen onboard sound because as of now i am running out of $$ and want to keep the sound card a future upgrade. Or will grabbing a dirt cheap audigy 2 help my frames in games?

Already got the harddrive.

Basically want to put a pc together that will take an overclocking beating and run games maxed all for around ~$1200.

Don't think the P5B is a real good o/c board. The P5B-e is better and the deluxe gives even more options. For price though, I'd go with the DS3 as it's cheaper than the P5B Dlx and o/c's well.

I don't know how quiet the Big Typhoon is but if you want a quiet HSF, the Zalman's are nice choices. The 9500AT and the 9700NT have the PWM fan that is controlled by the motherboard. The 9700NT is expensive though at about $70. Also look into a Scythe Ninja as those are made to cool well with lower CFM (quiet) fans.

Between those 2 PSUs, I'd go OCZ over Antec.

Ninja will need modifying to work on a DS3 or S3. You won't be able to OC much with the P5B. Return it for the P5B-E, DS3, or S3... they can all OC well.

If you want cheaper ram, the g.skill 2GBNQ kit is nicely priced at $210 and works great.

As for the PSU, go with the Corsair 520W from ZZF for only $106. The OCZ has ripple problems. I think the Antec TRIO is good, too. Check with jonnyguru.com for more info on both the trio and the ripple on ocz psu's.

For the case, its personal preferense... just make sure the card you decide on can fit. I'm not sure the GTX will fit in either of those cases, so double check.
