Is there a tool thats easier than a dremel? Thats a good price and doesnt cost hundreds?

Hi. There is a Tool called a "Nibbler". i've seen it at a couple places but the cheapest is from Directron. HERE:. i've never personally used it but i hear it's pretty easy, just takes a while.

Radio Shack has the same nibbler for a dollar or two more - but you can get it NOW! Great little tool!

I was able to cut two blow holes with a jigsaw. They came out really well. Just use a metal cutting blade.
