I just finished purchasing the components from Newegg for my new comp, and i want to make sure i mount the HSF right so i dont crack the core or inadvertently fry my new 1ghz t-bird. The Mobo I purchased was an I-will KK266 and the hsf was the CoolerMaster EP5-6i11 , i will be using just the little pad that comes with the hsf, and i dont plan to do any overclocking with it. Any Tips or walkthroughs would be apreciated.

Thanks,

Socket A AMD Processor and Heatsink Installation Guide

edit: oh yeah, and don't forget to take the plastic protectant sheet of the heatsink goo before you put it on the cpu ! and you're going to have to press down pretty hard to get the HSF clip on, but don't sweat it..those 4 pads surrounding the processor are there to help make sure you don't crack the die
