I Want To Make a Vegan Protein Bar Brand With No Sugar

I believe that Protein Bars are the future, I also believe Veganism is the future.

A problem is that a lot of Protein Bars have a lot of sugar, they're basically candy bars but with Protein in them.

There are some Protein bar brands with no or limited sugar such as "Think" or "quest" but they are not vegan.

I honestly believe I can change to world with vegan Protein bars with limited sugar.

What do you think?

I think you should live your heartsong.

Let me know when your vegan protein bar 1) has more protein than bacon and 2) doesn't give the consumer the shits.

Doesn't get much more vegan than this:

and it probably tastes about the same as the OP's concoction.

Plenty of fake sugars out there. You might want to check out Sola, which is a blend of alternative sweeteners: (available on Amazon)

Allulose is another good one! Lots of vegan protein bar recipes here:

Vegan vitamin & mineral powder:

You can get a home grinder to make gluten-free oat flour if needed:

The hoops the American food industry goes through to satisfy those who "want" their protein in a processed vegetable-derived mass of whatever-the-hell is quite impressive.

Vegetables grown via agriculture still required cleared land and fertilizers to grow.

I think you you should be a construction laborer, and work your way up to running equipment, or perhaps carpentry. The hard work will help erase the stupid thoughts in your head, and eventually, you'll make a secure middle class income.

Vegan will be tough since you can’t have any animal products, even stolen animal products like milk or honey.
There are vegan sugar substitutes as previous said. I don’t have much experience with them because my wife is vegetarian not vegan.
Also OP, I think this is a good home project which you could start with some reading, then some small batch cooking/bar crafting.

You should see what they do to food animals.
