I would like to think that I have a well built body. I have broad shoulders and a muscular build. The only problem is, all of my musles are covered by like 1/2" of fat. Spring break is coming up and I would like to look pretty decent without my shirt on. Is there anything that I can do to loose the fat. I am doing about 30 minutes on my exercise bike 3 times a week(I'm gonna try to do it 6 times a week) and I'm gonna start cutting back my sugar intake too. Anything else. How long do people think that it would take?

Nate,

Did it stay off after you stopped taking it, or did the "baby fat" come back? Also, how was your diet during your taking of it? Did you diet alot, or eat pretty normal?

thanks,

Gump

Edit: Beat me to if, Phantom, oh well, hopefully he responds.

I ate same as I always did (and I can eat quite a bit mind you ;)).. and I'm a lazy ass so don't work out.. The Zenadrine did help to suppress my appetite some and gave me a little zing in the morning.. I'd usally drag my feet but was quite hyper.. Also, if you do decide to take something like zenadrine or stacker 2.. I'd recommend starting the first week off with 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.. after that first week you'll be moving to 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon but if you aren't used to the boost.. you'll get a bit shaky from the caffeine high.

As I said.. this was about last year that I had lost the weight.. and I gained the weight back about my wife's 6th and 7th month of pregnancy (over a month ago).. damn those cookies, icecream, doughnuts, candy! I've tried to get back on zenadrine but it hasn't been agreeing with me much.. so I think I might give stacker 2 a try..

Those products work but are not perfectly safe.

If you want to lose weight faster just eat less. Cut your calories back significantly; that is the best way to lose weight and coupled with excercise will work as long as you have the will power to curb your calorie intake significantly.

likewise, i'm losing weight naturally. tweakmm, i don't think that 1.5 months is realistic for 1/2" of fat. There are lots of resources out there for healthy weight loss. It includes a combination of aerobic exercise (running, etc) in the morning, on an empty stomach, and weight training. this increases your metabolism, but it takes your body time to adjust to your routine, and, like I said, 1.5 months isn't realistic to lose all that fat, but you will see progress in that time. In 4-6 months, you can do it, though.

xenadrine is some good stuff. Its expensive though, and overdoses get ugly. :p

If you want to keep it natural, build some muscle, do plenty of cardio, and talk to a nutritionist about dieting.

You probably shouldnt cut it dramatically right away. Your body does some bad stuff (burning muscles) to get some of those calories back.

damn....
I don't like the sound of not being able to loose all of it. I'm still going to try to loose it on the long term.
Would it be a bad idea to do about 20 minutes of aerobic in the morning and then do about 30 minutes later in the evening?
I need to start hitting the gym too

Xenadrine isn't toooo pricey.. I think it was like 30 bux for like a 2 month supply.. and the important thing is.. ;) I got back to a 33 inch waist for almost a year at least ;)... But ya OD'in on Zen especially if you don't weigh much tends to mak one jittery or paranoid :)

*edit* just noticed my sped self was mispelling it hehe had to go to the medicine cabinet to double check myself ;)

I have been eating alot less, although not with the intention of loosing weight. I just havent been hungry. Is this a bad sign? I have probably cut back how much I eat by a half.

It's with an X, Xenadrine.

Fairly safe, a lot of body builders use them. I have been on and off them every 2 weeks for the past 4 months. Just make sure you eat!!!!! Or you get hyper and jittery and feel you're on Speed or something

That isn't too much cardio and would work well. Keep track of your calories and spread them out evenly over the day, doing your best to ensure they come from good foods.

tweak, spring break is only one week, but you can do it by summertime, which is a lot more important if you want to look good on the beach. it's a good idea to run in the morning and the evening, but it's more effective when you run on an empty stomach, because your body goes straight to the fat reserves for energy, and not the carbohydrates that are stored in your body after meals. going to the gym is very important, as well. studies have consistently shown that when you do weight training and cardio, your metabolism is a lot higher than doing one of the two alone. best of luck!

It's not a bad sign... if you are at least getting in your minimum required calories per day..

I weigh plenty, but 9 xenadrine in 3 hours and like 5-7 cups of coffee did me in :p

And its $40 for 120 capsules, I bought some the other day. Again :p

One of the ingredients (I cant remember which one right off) is one of the main ingredients or whatever in crystal meth.

<< Keep track of your calories and spread them out evenly over the day, doing your best to ensure they come from good foods. >>

I did 5 meals a day for a while. Bagel + cream cheese (light), turkey sandwich, apple, nasty microwavable dinner, and apple. All about 3 hours apart. That will help keep your metabolism up and running throughout the day. Also, if you drink, stop. Cutting down on sodas and snacks would also be a good thing.
