I want to learn to box

i wanna have a boxer's physique.

what are good ways i can learn to do that by myself?

i live in NYC, are there any good boxing gyms in bklyn, SI or the city?

i DID google it, haha.

i got a good listing of gyms, but some of these aren;t around anymore.

i was wondering if a fellow NY native on ATOT knew anything on the subject
