things.

Some of you may recall my thread about wanting to learn a little about a lot of things, and that's still my goal.

Feel free to post some tidbits of knowledge you've acquired overtime.

Please keep it clean, acceptable topics are Religion, Politics, etc, etc.

Absolutely. It's very difficult for women to get pregnant by giving them. No unwanted children means that there's far less of an economic impact.

because no one takes others' wants into consideration, never will anything cost the price you want.

passing up a deal in anticipation of a better deal will result in no deal at all

there is a god. many preach their god is the God and their religion is the only right one, but the truth is, we each have differebt paths and we may not be ready for the religion that is "correct" until we have experienced one that is "wrong"

i'll add more later

Sigismund, who became the Holy Roman Emperor in 1410, founded a secret fraternal order of knights called the Order of the Dragon to uphold Catholicism and fight Turkey. Vlad was admitted to the Order, in 1431. The boyars of Walachia started to call him Dracul, meaning "dragon." Vlad's second son would be known as Dracula, or "son of the dragon." Dracul also meant "devil." So some of Dracula's enemies called him "son of the devil."
