i want to know how can i make different the psu gives real power or its fake psu ??

any way to know it without experiment

i want when i see the label information which put on the psu , know form this Label if this PSU gives real power or this PSU gives Fake Power ??

You won't know from just reading the label. You will have to do some research on the PSU to find out for sure. The best bet is to read power supply reviews where the reviewer uses a synthetic load tester, because that's the only way (that I know of off hand) to reliably measure if the PSU can put out what the label claims.
