I want to install WINXP-sp3 on a new laptop.

I like WINXP. I'm going to buy a new laptop. Either a HP or a Toshiba. It will come with Vista, I hate Vista. I want to install WINXP-sp3 on the new laptop. I'm even considering WINXP-sp2 instead because of something I've read, but I'm unable to recall now.

What problems should I be looking forward to having when doing this? I'm assuming it won't be a piece of cake? I'm thinking driver issues? Anything else?

One issues is drivers. A lot of laptops I've seen lately work great with vista but finding working XP drivers can be a hassle.
