I want to do video capture... What do you suggest?

Basically, all I want to do is capture some stuff off of VHS and convert it to mpeg that's easily viewable on most anyone's PC (i.e. grandparents).

I have a GF4 (no video-in) and I'd rather not replace the card. Is there a significantly less expensive option that you guys would recommend?
 
ATI's TV wonder PCI card has a video in with capture and is relatively inexpensive. As an added bonus you can watch TV on your PC.
