I want to buy the New 533 MHZ Mobos and CPU

What is the best combination of CPU and 533 Mobos out there. I hear the Gigabyte is good as I have a few 333mhz [used on my AMD] lying around. Is that a good board or was it the Asus that uses the 333 DIMMs ? If I get the 1.8 GHZ and O/C it to 2.2+ or whatever... is the speed roughly the same as if I got the 2.2GHZ CPU.. the 1.8 GHZ is a 400mhz right ?? technically should be slower.. anyway.. advise ?
