the DRM, being a shrink-wrapped-license feature-creep, is unlawful under the Fair Use clause, which permits resale.

I'm opposed to it, because it's what's keeping GTA:V at $59.99, in opposition to the free market.

Do I have any options?

I think, moving forward, I will consider creating a throwaway email address so that I can pass the ownership on.

Impossible. The key is tied for life to a Rockstar social club account (or steam). Used PC games don't exist anymore, maybe Witcher III and that is it.

Yea unfortunately if you want to do used games.. consoles ftw, you can rent to your hearts content. And they wonder why the pirating market is so big on pc. ^^

I wish I could sell you my copy of GTAV. Single player was okay but has little replay value, and the online multiplayer stinks.

All forms of DRM suck!
