Besides, you won't see much by way of fireworks. Just a god-awful smelling, smoking, melted mess. Not really all that exciting.

Besides, you won't see much by way of fireworks. Just a god-awful smelling, smoking, melted mess. Not really all that exciting.

That is what I was thinking. There may be a few wisps of smoke and a horrible chemical burning smell, but that is all... No glow, bright flashes, bangs, nothing fun...

You could sell it on Ebay claiming it's a Pentium D Extreme Edition. Probably not too much difference :p

Wear goggles. Seriously.

Wire 120 to the +5 (3.3? heck do em both lol) on the mobo connector, other side of the 120 at any ground point.

Press the power switch from as far away as you can.

And post a vid, or at least pics. :-D
