In answer to your question Mindstorm you could probably build one with a little thought...I know that the tank on my toilet is removable

EDIT: I'd go for a two compartment design for sure...

You'll notice there is no "bobber" thingy in the tank... so maybe there is no water storage... it just flows direct.
